Freddie Mercury Killer Queen Mick Rock 2005 Danbury Mint Plate + Box
This is one of four collector plates in The Mick Rock Collection, each portraying an iconic image of Freddie Mercury taken by legendary rock photographer Mick Rock for Danbury Mint. The plate is 8 1/4 inches (21 cm) approx. Made of fine porcelain it is edged with a band of precious 22-carat gold for a luxurious finishing touch. This plate is titled'Killer Queen' which was taken on Freddie's brand new purple bedsheets.
Freddie often told Mick Rock that this was his favourite photo of himself. Also included is the the orginal Danbury Mint embossed polystyrene plate box. The plate is in like new condition and the original embossed Danbury Mint polystyrene box is in excellent condition.
