The 22ct Gold plated Medallion, issued to commemorate the life of Freddie Mercury, featuring a great image of Freddie on one side with facsimile signatures on the other. Comes housed in a royal blue box with velvet inlay, and a gold embosed cream silk section in the lid with text & the band crest.
This was only available exclusively from the Official International Queen Fan Club at the time. The Queen Fan Club order form (see photo - not included) shows this for sale. In excellent condition, the coin has the obvious tarnished look. The embossed cream silk section has a slight mark (please see picture 6). The box is almost perfect but is a little distorted at the hinge.
